Role & Company / Project Overview: We are looking for a senior recruitment professional who can take end-to-end ownership of recruitment operations, team performance, client delivery, and business growth within white-collar recruitment, staffing, and RPO. This is a leadership-oriented role designed for someone who wants to build and scale a recruitment business rather than only manage day-to-day hiring. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead end-to-end white-collar recruitment operations. • Manage and develop the recruitment team. • Own recruitment KPI, TAT, productivity, and closures. • Manage client requirements, coordination, and escalations. • Drive interview, selection, joining, and billing conversion. • Build recruitment SOPs, MIS, and performance systems. • Improve client retention and repeat business. • Coordinate with BD / Client Acquisition for new mandates. • Develop strategic client and hiring-partner relationships. • Take ownership of monthly revenue and operational performance. Business KPIs: • Monthly closures & billing • Requirement-to-submission TAT • Interview-to-selection ratio • Joining conversion • Recruiter productivity • Client retention • Repeat business • Team revenue performance Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 5+ years of experience in white-collar recruitment / staffing / RPO. • Proven experience managing recruiters or recruitment operations. • Strong client-facing and commercial understanding. • Proven record of achieving hiring and revenue KPIs. • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
