Role & Company / Project Overview: Peak Trust is hiring a Cluster Head for Chandigarh to oversee regional real estate business operations. The role is initially remote until the local branch is established, with full training provided at the Dubai office. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Full accountability for cluster-wide P&L management and revenue targets. - Guide mandate-based sales, marketing strategies, and transaction execution. - Supervise multiple branch and site managers across the region. - Cultivate relationships with real estate developers and channel partners. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Proven background in mandate-based real estate brokerage. - Track record in P&L management. - High-level leadership and territory sales steering capabilities. - Immediate joining preferred. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Chandigarh, India. - Work Mode: Initially remote until branch opens. - Training: In Dubai office.
