Role & Company / Project Overview: Peak Trust is recruiting a Site Manager in Chandigarh to oversee property project sales and customer engagement. The role will be remote initially until the branch office opens. Training is provided at the company's Dubai office. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead on-site sales presentations, site tours, and negotiations. - Ensure achievement of site sales targets supporting overall P&L. - Supervise sales staff and manage daily site operations. - Address customer queries and secure timely deal closures. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Mandatory mandate-based real estate brokerage experience. - Proven track record with P&L management. - Strong negotiation, communication, and client closing capabilities. - Ability to join immediately or ASAP. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Chandigarh, India. - Work Mode: Remote initially until the branch is operational. - Training: In Dubai.
