Role & Company / Project Overview: Peak Trust is hiring Senior Real Estate Leaders for the position of Cluster Head based in Surat. The position will initially operate remotely until the branch opens in Surat. Training for this leadership position will be conducted at our Dubai, UAE office. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Oversee cluster operations and multi-project real estate sales strategies. - Manage overall P&L performance across the designated territory. - Direct sales managers, site managers, and mandate-based sales teams. - Ensure successful pipeline development and delivery of project sales targets. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Extensive senior leadership background in real estate brokerage. - Mandatory: Extensive mandate-based real estate brokerage experience. - Mandatory: Proven expertise in P&L management. - Immediate joining preferred. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Surat, Gujarat, India. - Work Mode: Initially remote until the branch opens in the city. - Training: In-person training at our Dubai office.
