• Role & Company / Project Overview: Apolis is actively hiring US IT Recruiters to join its dynamic staffing team located at its Gurgaon office. The position is tailored for recruitment professionals with end-to-end expertise in managing US IT staffing processes and client accounts. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Source, screen, interview, and submit qualified candidates for US IT client requirements. - Manage recruitment operations using the JobDiva Applicant Tracking System (ATS). - Handle direct engagement with VMS/MSP client portals and System Integrator / Implementation Partner (SI/IP) accounts. - Review and ensure full compliance, documentation, submission standards, and adherence to specific client recruitment guidelines. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 1 to 6 years of hands-on experience in full life-cycle US IT recruitment and staffing. - Direct, hands-on experience utilizing JobDiva ATS. - Proven experience working with VMS and MSP clients, accounts, and portals. - Solid understanding of SI/IP/MSP/VMS submission workflows, onboarding compliance, and US staffing client processes. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Gurugram (Gurgaon), Haryana, India. - Work Model: Full-time, On-site role at the Gurgaon office. • Compensation & Benefits: - Attractive incentives along with structured career growth opportunities. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates are invited to submit their updated resumes to the talent acquisition team.
