• Role & Company / Project Overview: Karma Chalets – Karma Lakelands, Gurugram is recruiting a Kitchen Stewarding (KST) Supervisor to maintain impeccable kitchen sanitation, cleanliness, and stewarding management. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Supervise kitchen stewarding staff, pot washers, and utility cleaners. - Ensure all kitchen equipment, operating cutlery, crockery, and food preparation areas meet high hygiene and safety standards. - Manage inventory and minimize breakage/loss of kitchenware and tableware. - Monitor cleaning chemical supplies and enforce proper waste disposal procedures. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience in hotel or resort kitchen stewarding operations in a supervisory capacity. - Thorough understanding of hygiene, sanitation standards, and kitchen safety practices. - Strong team supervisory and inventory management skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Sector 80, Gurugram, Haryana, India. - Work environment: Onsite kitchen and stewarding areas. • Compensation & Benefits: - Standard industry compensation. • Application Instructions: - Candidates may share their CV through email or WhatsApp as provided.
