Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview: Courtyard by Marriott Ranchi is seeking an organized and proactive Kitchen Stewarding Executive to lead sanitation, equipment maintenance, and dishwashing operations across kitchen and banquet facilities. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Supervise and execute stewarding and sanitation procedures across all food production areas - Oversee the cleaning, sanitization, and careful storage of all chinaware, glassware, flatware, and cooking equipment - Ensure strict compliance with HACCP, hotel hygiene, and occupational health and safety standards - Coordinate chemical usage, equipment repairs, inventory tracking, and breakage prevention - Liaise with chefs and banquet teams to ensure seamless service support during peak service and events • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Relevant kitchen stewarding or hospitality operations experience in hotels or the hospitality industry - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Strong supervisory, operational, and organizational abilities • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Courtyard by Marriott, Ranchi, Jharkhand, India - Standard rotational shift timings applicable to hotel operations • Application Instructions: Interested professionals are requested to forward their updated resume through email or WhatsApp.
