• Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring an experienced Analytics / BI professional as Team Lead – Data, Analytics and BI (Insurance) based in Gurugram. The role involves leading end-to-end data and analytics projects for Insurance clients. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead end-to-end data, analytics, and business intelligence projects for insurance domain clients. - Provide hands-on team leadership and oversee client-facing project delivery. - Deliver advanced analytics solutions across Underwriting, Claims, Pricing, and Portfolio Analytics. - Handle stakeholder management and client communication across engagements. - Support RFP/RFI responses and business development initiatives. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experience: 6+ years of professional experience in Analytics / BI, including team leadership and client-facing delivery. - Domain Knowledge: Strong Insurance / BFSI industry experience, with Commercial and Speciality Lines preferred. - Technical Expertise: Expertise in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Python or SAS. - Functional Analytics: Hands-on experience in Underwriting, Claims, Pricing, and Portfolio Analytics. - Interpersonal Skills: Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Business Development: RFP/RFI and business development exposure is a plus. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India • Application Instructions Interested candidates can direct message or share their updated CV with the hiring team.
