• Role & Company / Project Overview We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Technical Lead to drive enterprise application development, workflow automation, and AI-powered business solutions. The role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on solution architecture expertise, and experience driving innovation through Copilot and Agentic AI technologies. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead end-to-end delivery of Power Platform solutions across development, testing, UAT, and production. - Design and develop scalable enterprise-grade solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. - Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions. - Drive adoption of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, GitHub Copilot, and Computer Use Agents. - Implement CI/CD, ALM, governance, security, and DLP policies. - Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure, REST APIs, custom connectors, Microsoft Graph, webhooks, and third-party systems. - Conduct rigorous code reviews, mentor technical teams, and ensure quality, performance, and scalability. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 7–10 years of overall IT experience, including 3–5 years of dedicated hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform. - Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate (Cloud Flows & Desktop Flows / RPA). - Microsoft Dataverse, Dataverse data modelling, security, business rules, and Power Fx. - PCF Controls, React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML & CSS. - REST APIs, Azure Functions, Microsoft Graph, and webhooks. - Azure DevOps, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and ALM practices. - AI Builder, intelligent document processing, OCR, predictions. - Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Agentic AI, and Computer Use Agents. - Governance frameworks, Power Platform CoE, DLP policies, and enterprise security best practices. - Excellent stakeholder management, solution design, and problem-solving skills. - Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Certifications such as PL-900, PL-400, PL-600, or AI-900; experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Dynamics 365, Power Pages, and designing AI-powered business automation. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India. - Work arrangement: Full-time professional engagement. • Compensation & Benefits - Competitive enterprise-level compensation commensurate with experience. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates should send their updated CV via email.
