• Role & Company / Project Overview Urgent hiring for a Data Analyst Lead position in Gurgaon. This is a lead-level opportunity for experienced Data Analytics professionals with a strong background in Capital Markets, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Asset Management, or Investment Banking domains who can combine deep business understanding with strong data engineering and analytics capabilities. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Combine deep business understanding with strong data engineering and analytics capabilities. - Hands-on implementation in data platforms and large-scale data transformation projects. - Lead analytics teams and interact with global stakeholders. - Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines, ETL/ELT development, data lakes, and data integration frameworks. - Drive AI-assisted data engineering, data warehousing, reporting, and data analytics. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experience: Strictly 7 to 9 years of experience only (candidates with less than 7 years or more than 9 years of experience are excluded). - Mandatory: Only candidates with lead-handling experience on paper should apply. - Domain expertise: Capital Markets / Private Equity / Hedge Fund domain experience. - Technical skill set: Strong experience in SQL, Python, ETL / ELT Development, Data Pipelines, Data Lakes, Data Integration Frameworks, Data Warehousing, AI-Assisted Data Engineering, Data Analytics & Reporting. - Hands-on implementation experience in data platforms and large-scale data transformation projects. - Ability to lead teams and interact with global stakeholders. - Preferred background: Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, BlackRock, State Street, BNY Mellon, Northern Trust, Citco, Invesco, Franklin Templeton, or other strong technology and data-driven organizations.
