• Role & Company / Project Overview LTM is hiring for the role of Project Manager based in Gurgaon. The position requires an experienced professional with 10 to 12 years of relevant experience. Candidates should have an immediate to 30 days notice period. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Drive effective program execution through resource planning and fulfillment, program governance, status reporting, accomplishment tracking, stakeholder management, and escalation. - Serve as a central point of coordination across Scrum teams. - Ensure resource requirements are fulfilled and commitments and accomplishments are tracked. - Proactively manage risks and provide leadership with clear visibility into program progress, outcomes, and achievements. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 10–12 Years of professional experience in project/program management. - Strong program and project management capabilities. - Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and escalations simultaneously. - Ability to work effectively across various Scrum teams in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India. - Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days. • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified. • Application Instructions - Submit your resume directly via email to the recruiter.
