Role & Company / Project Overview: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong project delivery and stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing projects across the Banking, BFSI, FinTech, or Digital Payments domain. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery • Manage project timelines, scope, risks, dependencies, and deliverables • Drive project delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies • Manage client and stakeholder relationships effectively • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution • Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to stakeholders • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues • Lead, mentor, and develop project teams • Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 10–12 years of overall experience • 5+ years of experience in Project Management • 1+ year of domain experience in Banking / BFSI / Financial Services / FinTech / Digital Payments • Strong understanding of SDLC • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies • Strong Project Planning & Delivery skills • Excellent Stakeholder & Client Management • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India • Work Mode: Work From Office – 5 Days Compensation & Benefits: • Not specified Application Instructions: Interested candidates should share their updated CV for consideration.
