Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced Transaction Banking Program Manager with strong domain expertise and a proven track record in managing large-scale transformation delivery engagements across banking operations. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage and execute large-scale transformation engagements within the Transaction Banking domain. • Lead end-to-end delivery lifecycle governance and execute Delivery Manager responsibilities. • Conduct Project Governance, lead Project Steering Committees (PSCs), run Working Groups (WGs), perform RAID Management, and deliver executive status reporting. • Oversee Financial Management, investment planning, and business case formulation. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 8+ years of total professional experience, with minimum 2+ years of Agile delivery experience. • Strong experience in Transaction Banking, specifically Payments and Cards Operations Transformation. • Proven track record of managing large-scale transformation engagements. • Hands-on experience in Project Governance, PSCs, Working Groups (WGs), RAID Management, and Status Reporting. • Hands-on expertise in JIRA, Confluence, and Clarity. • Strong understanding of end-to-end delivery lifecycle and Delivery Manager responsibilities. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Preferred Profile: Immediate joiners (highest priority), prior experience with leading banking organizations, experience working across 3 or more geographical locations, and exact skill alignment (100% JD fitment required).
