Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Handle blended customer support operations via voice calls and chat channels. • Assist customers effectively by addressing queries, resolving concerns, and delivering high customer satisfaction. • Maintain clear, professional communication throughout all voice and chat interactions. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Educational Qualification: Graduate in any stream. • Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply. • Excellent communication skills. • Good command of English. • Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Job Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India. • Shifts: Rotational shifts. • Transport: Both-Side Cab or Travel Allowance provided. • Walk-In Interview Venue: Outpace Consulting, C-29, 1st Floor, Sector 2, Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Interview Time: 10:30 AM). Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: Up to ₹25,000 In-Hand per month. • Facility: Both-side cab / travel allowance included.
