Role & Company / Project Overview: Outpace Consulting is conducting a walk-in interview drive for Blended Support (Voice + Chat) roles based in Gurgaon. Freshers are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Handle blended customer support operations involving both voice calls and chat queries. • Assist customers effectively by addressing queries, issues, and requests in a professional and timely manner. • Maintain high service quality and communication standards across both voice and chat channels. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Educational Qualification: Graduate. • Experience Level: Freshers are welcome to apply. • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written). • Positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Job Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India. • Shift Timings: Rotational shifts. • Transport Facilities: Both-side cab facility or travel allowance provided. • Walk-in Interview Venue: Outpace Consulting, C-29, 1st Floor, Sector 2, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India (Starting at 10:30 AM). Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month (in-hand). • Travel allowance or cab pickup/drop support.
