This role focuses on delivering customer assistance across blended channels (Voice + Chat). Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Handle blended customer interactions effectively via voice calls and chat channels. • Deliver high-quality customer support and assist users with their queries promptly. • Maintain professional communication and service quality across both voice and chat support streams. • Follow standard operating guidelines, team workflows, and process parameters. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Educational Qualification: Graduate. • Experience: Freshers are welcome. • Excellent communication skills with a good command of English. • Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Gurgaon, Haryana. • Shift Timings: Rotational shifts. • Transportation: Both-side cab / Travel Allowance (TA) provided. • Walk-in interview venue: Outpace Consulting, C-29, 1st Floor, Sector 2, Noida (Walk-in time: 10:30 AM). Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: Up to ₹25,000 In-Hand monthly. • Both-side cab / travel allowance facility provided.
