Role & Company / Project Overview MKG TalentEdge Private Limited is hiring a Conversational AI / Agent Platform Engineer for Airtel through payroll partner VLINK. This role involves building, configuring, integrating, testing, and supporting the next generation of intelligent Voice & Chat AI experiences and autonomous agents using an enterprise Agent Platform. Focus on real-world AI agent solutions combining LLMs, voice technologies, enterprise integrations, and intelligent workflows. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Design, configure, and integrate voice and chat agents on an enterprise agent platform • Implement conversation flows, intents, context management, guardrails, fallback handling, and human escalation mechanisms • Work seamlessly with LLMs, Voice AI, RAG, tool calling, APIs, and agent workflows • Test, troubleshoot, and optimize end-to-end agent experiences, prompts, APIs, and STT/TTS performance • Conduct conversation analysis and production performance optimization • Collaborate closely with product, technical, and business teams to deliver robust customer experiences Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Overall Experience: 5–7 years • Relevant Experience: 2+ years hands-on experience in Conversational AI, GenAI, Voice AI, or AI Agents • Strong expertise in Conversational AI, chatbots, and AI agent creation (intents, context, guardrails, fallbacks) • Deep knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, tool/function calling, and memory management • Hands-on Voice AI skills: STT/ASR, TTS, VAD, turn-taking, barge-in, and multilingual support • RAG & Knowledge implementation: embeddings, vector databases, and knowledge grounding • Strong integration experience: REST APIs, MCP (Model Context Protocol), Webhooks, and WebSockets • Agent orchestration experience: multi-step journeys, state management, and workflows • Good troubleshooting and debugging skills across conversational systems • Good to have / bonus skills: Python, SQL, Git, Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Contact Centre / Telephony technologies Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Gurgaon, Haryana • Employment Type: Permanent (Payroll under VLINK, Client: Airtel) • Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days Compensation & Benefits • CTC: Up to ₹18 LPA (1,800,000 per annum) Application Instructions • Share your updated resume to the recruiter email provided.
