Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a Voice AI Engineer to build the future of Voice AI and engineer intelligent, real-time conversations. The role requires a strong AI/ML background with hands-on experience building Voice Agents and real-time conversational AI systems. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Design, develop, and optimize scalable Voice AI solutions. • Implement real-time audio processing and manage voice-agent runtimes. • Handle session orchestration and engineer real-time conversational systems. • Build and integrate LLM agents with tool calling and retrieval-augmented generation pipelines. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience: 5–12 Years. • Strong proficiency in Python. • Strong understanding of Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) and Text-to-Speech (TTS). • Experience with real-time audio processing and voice-agent runtime. • Experience with session orchestration and real-time conversational systems. • Strong experience with LLM Agents and Tool Calling. • Hands-on experience with RAG and LangGraph. • Strong AI/ML background with practical experience in building AI-driven applications. • Proven ability to design, develop, and optimize scalable Voice AI solutions. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India. • Onsite / Hybrid tech engineering role.
