Role & Company / Project Overview: We are seeking a qualified Facilities Manager to oversee building operations, maintenance schedules, vendor relationships, workplace safety, and facilities budgets to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. This is an opportunity to manage essential workplace operations, coordinate with key suppliers and internal teams, and develop strong leadership and operational management skills. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Oversee overall building operations and maintenance schedules. • Manage relationships with contractors, service providers, and vendors. • Coordinate maintenance activities across facilities. • Ensure workplace safety and compliance with all facilities regulations. • Manage facilities budgets, resource allocation, and operational expenses. • Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Degree or professional qualification in Facilities Management, Engineering, or Business Administration. • 3+ years of proven facilities or building operations experience. • Direct experience managing contractors, service providers, and maintenance operations. • In-depth knowledge of workplace safety regulations and facilities compliance. • Strong budgeting, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Immediate joining availability is preferred.
