• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are expanding and bringing a fresh, new cafe concept to the UAE. To bring this vision to life, we are looking for passionate, talented coffee professionals to join our founding team as a Head Barista in Fujairah. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead the specialty coffee preparation and beverage service for our new cafe concept. - Maintain high quality, consistency, and presentation across all coffee menu offerings. - Provide exceptional, warm, and attentive customer service. - Oversee coffee bar operations, workflow, and quality standards. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Strong passion for specialty coffee. - Exceptional customer service skills and professional communication. - Local hiring only: Applicants must currently be in the UAE on a Visit Visa or in Visa Cancellation status and ready to join immediately. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Fujairah, United Arab Emirates. - Work arrangement: On-site cafe environment. • Application Instructions: - Submit your CV via email or WhatsApp as directed.
