Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: A specialty coffee establishment in Dibba, Fujairah, UAE is hiring an experienced Head Barista to join their Specialty Coffee team. This position is open to candidates of Philippine nationality who are passionate about specialty coffee and leadership. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead, train, guide, and motivate a barista team • Maintain strict coffee quality and preparation consistency across all shifts • Execute espresso extraction, grinder dial-in, latte art, and various manual brewing methods • Handle inventory management, stock ordering, and overall stock control • Deliver high standards of customer service and customer communication Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum 3 years of hands-on Specialty Coffee experience • Proven previous experience serving as a Head Barista or Senior Barista • Strong technical knowledge of espresso extraction, dial-in techniques, latte art, and manual brew methods • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to train and motivate team members • Practical experience in inventory control and stock management • Excellent customer service and communication capabilities • Immediate availability to join is preferred • Nationality preference: Philippines Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Work setup: On-site • Location: Dibba, Fujairah, United Arab Emirates Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: To be discussed based on experience Application Instructions: • Interested and eligible candidates are requested to submit their CV through the designated contact email.
