• Role & Company / Project Overview PDL Coffee Co is expanding its coffee operations across Sharjah, Dubai, and Al Ain. We are seeking passionate Baristas to join our expanding team and craft exceptional specialty coffee drinks for our patrons. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Prepare and serve a comprehensive range of specialty hot and cold coffee beverages adhering to precise extraction and brewing recipes. - Operate, calibrate, clean, and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment daily. - Provide latte art and maintain high beverage presentation standards. - Engage with customers, describe specialty coffee offerings, beans, and taste profiles. - Maintain station hygiene, restock milk and coffee supplies, and manage coffee bar cleanliness. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Specialty coffee experience is a must. - Demonstrated expertise in dialing in espresso, steaming milk, and latte art. - Passionate, dedicated, and capable of working in a fast-paced specialty coffee environment. - Immediate joiners are preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Full-time on-site shifts across branches located in Sharjah, Dubai, and Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. • Compensation & Benefits - Standard industry benefits and compensation package. • Application Instructions - Please submit your CV highlighting specialty coffee experience.
