• Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Database Engineer to design, optimize, and manage scalable, secure database solutions using Amazon Web Services (AWS) and modern infrastructure automation tools. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Design, optimize, and manage robust, scalable, and secure cloud database solutions. - Perform SQL optimization, performance tuning, and comprehensive database design. - Implement and maintain AWS Infrastructure as Code (IaC). - Manage continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and network configurations for database infrastructure. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Must-Have Skills: AWS RDS, Aurora, Redshift, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server. - In-depth expertise in SQL optimization, performance tuning, and database design. - Solid experience with AWS Infrastructure as Code (IaC). - Nice to Have: Terraform Cloud, Python/Shell scripting, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS Networking concepts. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Foster City, CA (Onsite) - Employment Type: C2C / W2 / 1099 Contract • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified • Application Instructions - Interested and qualified candidates are encouraged to send an updated resume to the contact email listed.
