### Role & Company / Project Overview We are actively hiring a Principal / Senior Engineer specializing in Java, Kafka, MongoDB, Azure, and Kubernetes. The role involves designing, developing, and optimizing high-performance enterprise applications in a multi-cloud environment. • Job Code: HGS - 31495 • Client Job ID: 23158 • Visa Preference: H1B preferred (i-140 Approved) ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Design, develop, test, and document high-quality technical solutions. • Build scalable, reliable, and reusable software components. • Perform root cause analysis and resolve systemic technical issues. • Drive architectural best practices and actively manage technical debt. • Identify and address scalability, latency, and system reliability challenges. • Implement security-conscious software development practices. • Mentor junior engineers and foster engineering excellence across the team. • Evaluate emerging technologies and spearhead proof-of-concept initiatives. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Total Experience: 5–7 years of software development or engineering experience. • Core Technical Skills: - 3+ years of hands-on experience in Java - 3+ years of experience with Apache Kafka - 2+ years of experience with MongoDB - 3+ years of Multi-Cloud exposure / working knowledge - Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Microsoft Azure • Methodologies & Architecture: - Experience with OOAD, UML, TDD, Java Design Patterns, Enterprise Integration Design Patterns, and Disaster Recovery. - Solid knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and XP methodologies. • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Engineering, or a related field. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Fort Worth, TX • Work Mode: Hybrid • Interview Process: Virtual + In-Person ### Application Instructions Interested candidates who meet the requirements are invited to apply with an updated resume referencing the role.
