Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring a Sr. Java Engineer / Principal Engineer for a 12+ months contract engagement. Looking for strong engineers with hands-on development, robust system design capabilities, scalability expertise, and exceptional problem-solving experience. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Drive end-to-end design, development, and implementation of high-throughput distributed Java applications. • Build, scale, and optimize streaming data pipelines using Apache Kafka and manage NoSQL persistence with MongoDB. • Containerize, deploy, and manage microservices workloads on Kubernetes across multi-cloud infrastructure, including Microsoft Azure. • Apply Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD), Java Design Patterns, and Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles to deliver clean, maintainable code. • Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum team structure to deliver mission-critical software solutions. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 10+ years of overall IT experience. • 7+ years of strong hands-on core and modern Java development. • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Apache Kafka. • 5+ years of hands-on experience with MongoDB. • Proven experience with Kubernetes. • Multi-cloud exposure, specifically including Microsoft Azure. • Deep knowledge of Microservices, Java Design Patterns, OOAD, TDD, and Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Work Authorization: Any Visa except OPT. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Fort Worth, Texas, United States. • Work Mode: Hybrid (on-site Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). • Interview Mode: Face-to-Face interview is mandatory.
