• Role & Company / Project Overview Aqua Build Co / S&B Engineering is seeking an experienced Senior SWRO Process & Performance Engineer specializing in the operation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of existing seawater desalination plants. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Monitor and optimize SWRO plant operational performance. - Analyze RO membrane efficiency, fouling, scaling, and salt rejection. - Optimize recovery rates, energy consumption, and chemical dosing. - Troubleshoot pretreatment and RO process issues. - Evaluate CIP requirements and membrane performance. - Monitor plant KPIs and prepare performance reports. - Support plant operations teams in improving reliability and efficiency. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Process, or Environmental Engineering. - Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including hands-on SWRO plant operations. - Practical SWRO plant operations experience is mandatory; design-only or EPC experience is not sufficient. - Strong knowledge of RO membranes, water chemistry, pretreatment, and CIP. - Experience with SCADA data analysis and RO performance monitoring. - Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. - Good command of English. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Employment Type: Full-Time. - Location: Egypt. • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified. • Application Instructions - Submit application via email with the subject line format: Senior SWRO Process Engineer – Full Name.
