Role & Company / Project Overview: Imarrae Development is actively hiring a Procurement Engineer to join our Procurement & Contracts team. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Conduct project-based procurement for construction and real estate projects. • Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers and subcontractors. • Review and understand Bills of Quantities (BOQs), specifications, material requirements, and project documentation. • Compare vendor quotations, perform detailed commercial and cost analyses, and negotiate to secure competitive pricing. • Maintain effective vendor management and professional communication throughout the procurement lifecycle. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering. • 3 to 5 years of relevant procurement experience within the Real Estate or Construction industry. • Strong knowledge of construction materials, subcontracting practices, and procurement processes. • Proven experience in sourcing and evaluating suppliers and subcontractors. • Strong negotiation and commercial analysis capabilities. • In-depth understanding of BOQs, project specifications, and documentation. • Exceptional communication, analytical, and vendor management skills.
