Role & Company / Project Overview: HCC Contracting, a prominent subsidiary of the Nile Developments Group, is actively expanding its team and seeking a qualified and experienced Engineering Procurement Manager to oversee and manage procurement operations. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Oversee engineering procurement activities and strategic sourcing for ongoing and upcoming contracting projects. • Identify, evaluate, and establish strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors. • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contract agreements to secure favorable conditions and maintain project budgets. • Coordinate with engineering, technical, and project management teams to ensure timely delivery of project materials, equipment, and services. • Ensure all procured items and engineering materials strictly adhere to project specifications, industry standards, and company guidelines. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. • Relevant experience in engineering procurement, purchasing, and vendor negotiations within the construction or contracting industry. • Strong commercial awareness, negotiation capabilities, and analytical skills. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Egypt (HCC Contracting / Nile Developments Group). • Shift & Schedule: Full-time standard business hours.
