• Role & Company / Project Overview: A growing technology team is seeking an IT Associate Technology Analyst – Infrastructure for a W2 Contract position based in East Moline, Illinois. This represents an excellent opportunity for junior IT professionals with 1 to 5 years of relevant industry experience to build their technical career. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Deliver comprehensive application support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution across business systems and IT environments. - Utilize basic SQL queries to perform data analysis and troubleshoot system and database issues. - Maintain and support fundamental database, operating systems, and IT infrastructure operations. - Enforce IT security fundamentals, including Identity Management and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). - Handle basic API and system integration workflows. - Collaborate across technical and business functions using strong verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 1 to 5 years of overall experience, with at least 1+ year in IT Support, Application Support, Service Desk, or Business Systems - Demonstrated experience in application troubleshooting and issue resolution - Basic SQL skills for troubleshooting and data analysis - Strong grasp of database and infrastructure fundamentals - Solid understanding of operating systems and enterprise IT environments - Knowledge of IT security principles, Identity Management, and MFA - Basic understanding of APIs and system integration - Exposure to Microsoft Office, Power Platform, or Dynamics 365 is a plus - Knowledge of ITIL or Lean Service Management frameworks is a plus - Ideal backgrounds include: IT Support, Service Desk, Application Support, Technical Support, Business Systems, Junior IT Analyst, Infrastructure Support, or SQL Support • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: East Moline, Illinois, United States - Work Model: Hybrid (Mandatory 4 days onsite per week in East Moline, IL; fully remote candidates will not be considered) - Employment Type: W2 Contract - Schedule: 40 hours per week • Application Instructions: Interested candidates who meet the qualifications should submit an updated resume via the direct contact email provided in the contact section.
