• Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Product Development Engineer to join our engineering team in Durham, NC. This position is a 12-month contract opportunity suited for entry-level candidates up to professionals with 2 years of engineering experience. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Support product development initiatives, engineering drawings, and design specifications. - Assist in prototyping, testing, and evaluating components and assemblies. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure deliverables meet project timelines. - Maintain thorough documentation of design processes, test results, and revisions. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Entry level to 2 years of professional experience in product development or mechanical/product engineering. - Hands-on familiarity with engineering drawings, CAD modeling, and prototyping concepts. - Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Product Design, or related discipline. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Durham, North Carolina, United States. - Duration: 12-month contract. • Compensation & Benefits - Competitive contract rate commensurate with experience. • Application Instructions - Share an updated resume directly with the recruiter.
