### Role & Company / Project Overview Desaga Recruitment is actively recruiting experienced General Managers on behalf of established companies operating within the exhibitions, events, stand building, and interior fit-out sector across the Middle East (including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the wider GCC region). ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Provide executive leadership across exhibition and fit-out operations, business development, and end-to-end project delivery. • Oversee strategic growth, client relationships, operational efficiency, and delivery of exceptional exhibition spaces. • Manage cross-functional teams spanning fabrication, design, project management, and commercial operations. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Proven track record and background in exhibitions, operations, business development, and project delivery. • Extensive experience within the exhibitions, events, stand building, or bespoke fit-out sector. • Strong industry knowledge with proven accomplishments. • Candidates currently based in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, or across the wider GCC region preferred. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Locations: Dubai / Abu Dhabi (UAE), Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and GCC region • Work Type: Onsite / Regional operations ### Compensation & Benefits • Not specified ### Application Instructions • Qualified candidates interested in exploring opportunities are invited to submit their CV for a confidential discussion.
