Role & Company / Project Overview: Recruiting a Marketing Manager for a business specialising in custom-built and modular exhibition stands, events, and interior fit-out. This role is tailored for a creative, commercially minded marketer capable of strengthening brand awareness and generating quality B2B enquiries across the UAE and wider GCC market. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Develop and deliver comprehensive marketing and lead-generation strategies. • Manage SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and email marketing operations. • Oversee the company website, social media channels, and marketing content development. • Collaborate closely with designers and project managers to showcase completed projects via case studies, videos, and professional portfolios. • Utilize CRM systems to nurture inbound enquiries and actively support the sales pipeline. • Manage allocated marketing budgets and consistently track campaign performance metrics. • Support industry networking initiatives and align marketing campaigns with key trade shows. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • At least 5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within exhibitions, events, interior fit-out, or contracting. • In-depth knowledge of the Dubai/UAE and GCC exhibition market. • Strong digital marketing capabilities, including SEO, PPC, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce. • Excellent English communication and content creation abilities. • A relevant degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications. • Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage. • Arabic language skills are considered an advantage.
