Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: MIYA, a Greek fine dining venue on Bluewaters Island, Dubai, is recruiting a dedicated Steward to ensure kitchen and back-of-house operations run seamlessly. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Keep kitchen and food service areas running smoothly and efficiently. • Maintain sanitized and clean culinary equipment, dishware, and kitchen utensils. • Uphold rigorous hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards across all food prep and utility areas. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Previous experience in stewarding or kitchen support roles is preferred, ideally within fine dining or hospitality. • Candidates with their own UAE visa are preferred. • Currently based in the UAE and available for immediate employment. • Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented mindset. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Bluewaters Island, Dubai, UAE. • Working hours: 6 days per week, 9 hours per shift (includes 1-hour break). • Onsite kitchen/restaurant position.
