Role & Company / Project Overview: MIYA is a distinguished Greek fine dining restaurant on Bluewaters Island, Dubai. The establishment is seeking an experienced Bartender to craft drinks and ensure an outstanding bar experience for guests. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Craft quality cocktails and serve beverages to a high fine-dining standard. • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficient operation of the bar area during service. • Manage bar stock, glassware, and beverage preparation routines smoothly. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Prior bartending experience in a similar role is preferred, ideally within premium hospitality or fine dining establishments. • Passion for mixology, drinks craftsmanship, and hospitality service. • Positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and active team spirit. • Must currently reside in the UAE and be ready for an immediate start. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Bluewaters Island, Dubai, UAE. • Schedule: 6-day working week featuring 9-hour shifts, including a 1-hour break. • Onsite restaurant bar environment.
