• Role & Company / Project Overview JAYDEN Hotel in Madinah, Saudi Arabia is looking for a professional and service-oriented Bell Attendant (Bell Man) to join their team and provide a warm welcome while ensuring an excellent guest experience. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Welcome arriving guests warmly and provide exceptional bell services. - Handle and transport guest luggage safely and efficiently to and from rooms. - Assist guests with inquiries and provide concierge-related support. - Maintain high standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 1–2 years of hotel experience, preferably in Bell Services or Concierge. - Previous experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel is preferred. - Basic English communication skills. - Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. - Good physical fitness and ability to handle guest luggage. - Professional appearance and positive attitude. - Ability to work shifts and under pressure. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Shift work required. - Location: Onsite at JAYDEN Hotel, Madinah, Saudi Arabia. • Application Instructions - Send your updated CV to the provided contact email.
