Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: Urgent hiring for Alawael Group in Dubai, UAE for the position of Bus Driver (Quantity: 15). Fantastic opportunity with Self Selection, Employment Visa provided, and immediate deployment. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Operate passenger buses safely and efficiently across assigned routes in Dubai/UAE. • Adhere strictly to UAE traffic rules, transport regulations, and safety protocols. • Carry out pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any technical faults or maintenance needs. • Maintain passenger safety and cleanliness of the bus. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • UAE License (Valid or Expired) OR GCC Valid License is mandatory. • A working video showing driving/operational capability is strictly required for candidate selection. • Prior experience driving buses/passenger vehicles in the UAE or GCC region preferred. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Dubai, UAE. • Working Days: 6 days a week. • Duty Hours: 8 hours per day plus overtime (OT). • Contract: 2-year renewable employment contract. Compensation & Benefits: • Basic Salary: 1,100 - 2,300 AED per month plus overtime (OT). • Important Note on Salary/License: Candidate will receive a salary of 500 AED until license mode; license cost will be deducted from salary. • Company-provided accommodation, medical insurance, and transportation. • Employment visa provided with all other benefits and facilities as per UAE Labor Law.
