Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: Urgent requirement for Shovel Operators (Quantity: 5) for Alawael Group in Dubai, UAE. This position comes with Self Selection, Employment Visa, and immediate overseas deployment. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Safely operate wheel shovel loaders on construction, civil, and industrial project sites. • Load, move, and position heavy construction materials, earth, debris, and aggregates. • Conduct daily equipment inspections, check oil/hydraulic levels, and maintain machinery in good operating order. • Follow site safety guidelines and coordinate effectively with ground crew and site supervisors. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Valid or Expired UAE Heavy Equipment License OR GCC Valid Heavy Equipment License is mandatory. • Working video showing shovel operation is strictly required for selection. • Proven experience operating wheel shovels/loaders on construction sites. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Dubai, UAE. • Working Schedule: 6 days a week, 8 hours duty per day plus overtime (OT). • Employment Type: 2-year renewable contract with immediate deployment. Compensation & Benefits: • Basic Salary: 3,000 - 3,100 AED per month plus overtime (OT). • Note on License Mode: Candidate will get a salary of 500 AED until license mode, with license cost deducted from salary. • Free company-provided accommodation, medical coverage, and transport. • Employment visa and all statutory benefits in compliance with UAE Labor Law.
