Role & Company / Project Overview: Alawael Group in Dubai, UAE is urgently hiring Transport & Mechanic In Charge (Quantity: 5) to supervise fleet operations and mechanical maintenance. Employment Visa and immediate deployment provided. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Oversee fleet transport operations, vehicle dispatching, and scheduled preventative maintenance. • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and manage repairs of heavy vehicles, trucks, and heavy construction equipment. • Supervise mechanics, workshop staff, and drivers to maintain optimal fleet uptime. • Maintain accurate fleet maintenance logs, spare parts inventory, and inspection reports. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • UAE License (Valid or Expired) OR GCC Valid License. • Strong background in heavy vehicle mechanics, fleet management, and workshop supervision. • Practical video showing technical/mechanical or operational capability is required for selection. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Dubai, UAE. • Working Hours: 8 hours duty per day, 6 days a week plus overtime (OT). • Contract: 2-year renewable employment contract. Compensation & Benefits: • Basic Salary: 5,000 AED per month plus overtime (OT). • Standard note: 500 AED salary during license mode with license cost deduction if applicable. • Accommodation, medical insurance, and transportation covered by the company. • Comprehensive benefits as per UAE Labor Law.
