• Role & Company / Project Overview: Best For You HR Consultancy is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor on behalf of one of their valued clients in Dubai, UAE. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: Manage all aspects of project cost estimation, preparation of bills of quantities (BOQ), and tender documentation. Monitor ongoing project expenditures, process contractor claims, evaluate variations, and prepare interim payment certificates. Perform cost analysis, budget tracking, procurement negotiations, and final account settlements in coordination with project managers and clients. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: Requires 3 to 5 years of dedicated quantity surveying experience in the UAE construction sector. Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
