• Role & Company / Project Overview China Railway 18th Bureau Group LLC is actively expanding its team for major construction projects in the UAE and is seeking an experienced Procurement Engineer (Civil Lead) to join our Procurement Department. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead procurement operations and material sourcing for civil engineering workstreams across large-scale construction projects. - Solicit, evaluate, and negotiate competitive bids and commercial terms from subcontractors and civil material vendors. - Coordinate closely with project management, technical, and engineering teams to ensure project specifications and delivery timelines are fulfilled. - Manage vendor contracts, purchase agreements, and ensure cost efficiency across civil packages. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 5 to 15 years of relevant procurement engineering experience in the construction sector. - Strong expertise and specialization in Civil engineering packages. - UAE/GCC construction experience preferred. - Immediate joiners preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates. - Work environment: Onsite construction/project office. • Compensation & Benefits - Competitive compensation package commensurate with UAE construction industry standards. • Application Instructions - Send your updated CV to the designated recruitment email.
