• Role & Company / Project Overview China Railway 18th Bureau Group LLC is expanding its team for major UAE construction projects and invites applications for a Procurement Officer dedicated to Civil packages. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Execute daily procurement tasks, purchase order issuance, and vendor follow-ups for civil construction materials. - Obtain quotations, carry out commercial comparisons, and coordinate with site engineers to confirm delivery requirements. - Support invoice clearing, payment follow-ups, and vendor relationship management for civil contractors and suppliers. - Track material logistics from dispatch to site delivery. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 5 to 15 years of relevant procurement experience in the construction sector. - Good knowledge of civil construction materials, sourcing channels, and local vendors. - UAE/GCC construction experience preferred. - Immediate joiners preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates. - Full-time onsite office working arrangements. • Compensation & Benefits - Competitive salary package aligned with regional industry standards. • Application Instructions - Please submit your CV via the provided recruitment email, specifying the position in the email subject.
