• Role & Company / Project Overview: Al Sahel Contracting Company (ASCC) is hiring a Quantity Surveyor (Pre-contract), Tender to join its team building high-rise and major construction projects in Dubai, UAE. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Prepare tender documentation, Bills of Quantities (BoQs), and accurate quantity take-offs. - Review tender drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements. - Manage subcontractor and supplier enquiries, follow-ups, and quotation analysis. - Coordinate with consultants, clients, estimators, and design teams. - Support cost estimation, value engineering, and budget control for Design & Build projects. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. - Minimum 8-10 years of experience working with a main contracting company for high rise projects. - Relevant experience in quantity surveying and tender estimation within the construction industry. - Proficiency in ERP systems and construction drawings. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: 25th St, Umm Ramool, Dubai, UAE. - Work mode: Onsite. • Compensation & Benefits: - Standard UAE contracting benefits and career growth within an established main contractor. • Application Instructions: - Send your updated CV/Resume to the ASCC recruitment department.
