• Role & Company / Project Overview Felicita Restaurant at Address Skyview, Downtown Dubai, is looking for a motivated Junior Bartender to join its bar team. This role supports bar operations, drink preparation, and ensures seamless service for guests. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Assist senior bartenders in mixing and serving beverages, cocktails, and mocktails. - Prepare bar syrups, fresh juices, fruits, and garnishes ahead of service shifts. - Keep the bar counter, glassware, storage areas, and ice wells clean, organized, and restocked. - Deliver polite and efficient beverage service to guests seated at the bar and restaurant stations. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Previous experience as a junior bartender or barback in a restaurant, bar, or hotel environment. - Basic knowledge of beverage ingredients, cocktail preparation, and bar tools. - Responsible, proactive, service-oriented, and detail-focused. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Address Skyview, Downtown, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. - Full-time hospitality shift schedule including evening and weekend hours. • Application Instructions - Send your CV to the specified HR email address.
