• Role & Company / Project Overview Felicita Restaurant, located at Address Skyview, Downtown Dubai, is hiring a Senior Bartender. The venue seeks an accomplished mixologist capable of crafting exceptional beverages and leading bar service with flair and professionalism. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Prepare and serve signature cocktails, classic mixed drinks, and curated beverages in accordance with restaurant recipes. - Maintain bar cleanliness, hygiene, bar stock inventory, garnishes, and prep stations. - Guide junior bartenders and bar backs during peak service hours. - Interact with patrons at the bar, providing menu recommendations and delivering top-tier hospitality. - Adhere to UAE beverage service standards and responsible service guidelines. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Substantial bartending and mixology experience within premium bars, clubs, or fine dining restaurants. - Deep knowledge of spirits, classic and modern cocktails, preparation techniques, and bar equipment. - Detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to excellent guest service. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Address Skyview, Downtown, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. - Evening, night, and weekend shifts. • Application Instructions - Kindly submit your CV via email.
