• Role & Company / Project Overview: SLVJ Group Dubai is looking for a talented and experienced Head Bartender to join their team. Seeking a passionate and skilled hospitality professional with strong leadership capabilities and a genuine flair for delivering exceptional guest experiences in an upscale venue. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead and supervise daily bar operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service throughout operating hours. - Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails and beverages in line with established recipes and presentation standards. - Maintain exceptional product knowledge, beverage consistency, and service standards across the bar. - Train, guide, and motivate the bar team to achieve operational excellence. - Monitor stock levels, inventory, wastage, and bar requisitions. - Ensure full compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards. - Support beverage menu development, cocktail creation, and promotional initiatives. - Deliver engaging and memorable guest experiences while maintaining the brand's service standards. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Previous experience as a Head Bartender or Senior Bartender in a high-end restaurant, lifestyle venue, or upscale bar. - Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, contemporary mixology, and current beverage trends. - Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. - Good understanding of bar inventory, stock control, and cost management. - A guest-focused personality with strong attention to detail. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy hospitality environment. - Must be a European passport holder. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates. - Onsite hospitality shifts within a dynamic, high-energy environment. • Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive compensation package as per SLVJ Group hospitality standards. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates may submit their CV via LinkedIn or apply directly via email to the contact address provided.
