• Role & Company / Project Overview DH Group Services is seeking a talented Junior Mixologist to craft innovative cocktails and artisanal beverages across high-end luxury hotel dining venues. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Create bespoke signature cocktails, infusions, syrups, and craft garnishes. - Deliver interactive and elevated beverage service behind the bar for discerning luxury guests. - Maintain spotless hygiene, equipment maintenance, and stock levels at the beverage station. - Contribute ideas toward seasonal cocktail menus and premium beverage offerings. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Proven mixology experience within high-end luxury hotels and upscale dining or cocktail venues. - Deep understanding of flavor profiles, mixology techniques, ingredients, and cocktail trends. - Open to all nationalities. - Candidates based outside the UAE are welcome to apply. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: United Arab Emirates. • Compensation & Benefits - Joining flight ticket covered, visa provided, and all joining formalities handled. - Comfortable accommodation provided. - Transportation provided. - Meals provided. - Tips and service charge included. • Application Instructions - Send your CV with the position mentioned in the email subject line.
