Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced Water Utilities Expert to join a client engagement in Qatar. This opportunity contributes to building cleaner, healthier, and robust infrastructure. Candidates currently based in Qatar are preferred, though professionals located elsewhere who are willing and prepared to relocate to Qatar are also encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Oversee and manage water distribution and wastewater systems. • Lead utility asset management and network planning initiatives. • Ensure regulatory compliance and drive comprehensive infrastructure planning. • Implement strategies for Non-Revenue Water (NRW) reduction. • Conduct network performance evaluations and capital investment planning. • Utilize SCADA, GIS, and modern asset management tools to monitor and optimize operations. • Drive effective stakeholder management and cross-functional communication across engineering and operations teams. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 10+ years of dedicated professional experience within the Water Utilities sector. • In-depth expertise in water distribution, wastewater networks, and utility asset management. • Proven track record in NRW reduction and capital investment planning. • Hands-on experience with SCADA, GIS, and asset management platforms. • Proficiency in IBM Maximo is considered a strong advantage. • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities. • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal). Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Qatar (onsite client engagement). • Relocation Opportunity: Open to international candidates ready to relocate, complete the required visa process, and travel to Qatar as needed. Preference is given to candidates already residing in Qatar. Compensation & Benefits: • Compensation: INR 30 to 40 Lakhs Per Annum (₹30,00,000 - ₹40,00,000). • Additional perks and benefits available.
