### Role & Company / Project Overview Exciting opportunity to join a world-class luxury hospitality setup located in Civil Lines, Delhi as a Reservation Associate working on the Chat Process. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage guest reservations, booking inquiries, and customer interactions via chat channels. - Assist guests with reservation management, inquiries, and booking changes professionally and promptly. - Deliver extraordinary hospitality experiences through written digital communication. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Eligibility: Freshers / 2025–2026 pass-outs. - Age Requirement: 19 to 24 years. - Communication: Excellent communication skills are required. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Civil Lines, Delhi (Onsite). - Cab Facilities: One-side cab facility provided (8 PM – 8 AM shifts). ### Compensation & Benefits - Compensation: CTC ₹3.7 LPA (Approx. ₹23,000 in-hand per month). - Shift transport: One-side cab facility available for shifts between 8 PM and 8 AM. ### Application Instructions Eligible freshers can submit their CV for review.
