### Role & Company / Project Overview Be a part of a world-class luxury hospitality setup located in Civil Lines, Delhi. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Travel Associates handling the Voice Process. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage inbound and outbound customer voice calls concerning luxury hospitality and travel arrangements. - Provide world-class hospitality customer support and resolve guest queries effectively. - Maintain high service standards and ensure exceptional customer experience across voice channels. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Eligibility: Freshers / 2025–2026 pass-outs. - Age Requirement: 19 to 24 years. - Communication: Excellent English communication skills are required. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Civil Lines, Delhi (Onsite). - Cab Facilities: Both-side cab facility provided. ### Compensation & Benefits - Compensation: CTC ₹4.2 LPA (Approx. ₹29,000 in-hand per month). - Cab transportation provided for both pickup and drop. ### Application Instructions Interested candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can submit their updated CV for consideration.
