• Role & Company / Project Overview The Fern Seaside Luxurious Tent Resort, Series by Marriott, Daman is inviting applications for the position of Senior Guest Service Associate to ensure outstanding guest engagement and operational excellence. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Coordinate and deliver premium guest service across resort dining and hospitality facilities. - Mentor and guide junior service associates during busy service shifts. - Proactively handle guest requests, resolve complaints, and maintain Marriott guest satisfaction levels. - Coordinate seamlessly with culinary and support teams for flawless service execution. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Prior experience as a Guest Service Associate in luxury resorts or reputable hospitality brands. - Excellent customer handling, communication, and multitasking abilities. - Strong enthusiasm for high-end hospitality and guest experience management. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Standard resort operational shifts located in Daman, Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu, India. • Compensation & Benefits - Competitive remuneration and career progression within the hospitality brand. • Application Instructions - Send CV via email or WhatsApp to the specified contact.
